Three Phases
You show a packet of four blue-backed cards and a packet of four red-backed cards. A spectator chooses a packet for you and a packet for himself and then assigns one of the four aces for you and himself. Immediately, you show that his ace now resides in your packet and your ace now resides in his. So far, this is a great effect, but theres more.In the next phase, you show that the aces in both packets are a different color from the rest of the cards in the packet - for example, a red backed ace among the blue cards. And you're still not done.
Now for the killer ending. Both of you turn over your cards and all of the other cards have blank faces. Best of all, you can leave everything on the table for examination. You're completely clean.
Better Than Twisted
The kit comes with the necessary cards in Bicycle stock and the DVD offers thorough instructions. Because the effect uses standard blank-faced cards, it's fairly easy to make your own sets once you learn the effect. The trick requires no complicated moves. There is one fundamental card move that most of you who work with cards will already know. If not, "Duplicity" provides a great reason to learn it.If this effect sounds a lot like Bannon's own "Twisted Sisters," it is. I think this one is stronger because of its multiple phases and the fact that spectators can freely examine the non-gimmicked cards. This one is worth a good look.
