Change, Change, Change
You bring out a deck and spread it face down between your hands. You turn the deck over and ask a spectator to freely choose any face-up card that they wish. It is a completely free choice. You push the selected card through the deck and its back changes color - so if you started with a blue backed card, it turns into a red backed card. You rub the red card against the deck and the rest of the deck turns red as well. At this point, spectators can completely examine the deck and youre clean. Again, theres no sleight of hand or switches involved, and the cards are normal.
Bold Psychology
As mentioned earlier, the method is outrageously bold and relies on misdirection and strong suggestion. Unlike most card tricks where the method lies in the moves or the gimmicks, this effect is almost all psychology.I think that the method will surprise most magicians who may question whether such an approach could work. However, this one is baffling and strong. Kenton Knepper provides excellent and thorough instruction that teaches you everything you need to know.
Dont get this one if you want to learn some new finger flinging moves. But if you want to try out a strong psychological effect, you may like this one.
