The instructions leave something to be desired as there were none, but there is a good demo on the enclosed DVD that will allow magicians with some basic knowledge of card techniques to piece together the routine.
Infallible Prediction
Infallible is a prediction. You lay nine playing cards on the table face-up and one card that you don't show, a prediction card, face down. The spectator freely chooses any face-up card and when you turn over the face-down prediction card, it matches the selected card. The trick relies on gimmicked cards and a basic card move that can be quickly learned and mastered in less than ten minutes. Reset is fast and can be performed as you put the cards away. The trick requires a table.
The gimmicking features a brilliant ploy that makes the trick convincing to lay spectators. Because of the gimmicking, you can't allow spectators to examine the cards.
Instructions?
An enclosed DVD offers a presentation that shows the trick in action. Interestingly, there are no instructions on the DVD, nor are there written instructions that teach you how to perform the effect.Magicians with a little basic knowledge of cards moves can easily piece together the routine. Beginners, however, may be stumped. It's a shame that the trick falls short here in its instructions.
The trick was great, but perhaps the instructions were fallible.

Note that after this story went to press, Al Lampkin contacted me and told me that instructions were missing from early shipments and are now included with every trick. He encourages those who purchase the trick without instructions to e-mail him to obtain them.
