Hold the box of cards in front of your face and pretend to concentrate. Go ahead. Don’t be afraid to overact and milk this one for everything that it’s worth. While you’re “concentrating,” take a peek at the card box to determine the card. When the timing feels right, utter the name of the card and amaze your spectators.
Tips:
Don’t perform the trick if anyone is standing behind you. And don’t repeat the trick or let anyone handle the box. After the trick, it’s best to casually place the deck back into your pocket and move on.
