To start, you will spell ace, "A," "C," "E." For each letter, take a card from the top of the packet and place it at the bottom of the packet. After spelling "Ace," the next card will be the ace, which you place onto the table. Next you will spell two, "T," "W," "O." For each letter, take a card from the top of the packet and place it at the bottom of the packet. After spelling "Two," the next card will be the two.
Continue in this manner for three, four, five, and so on. After spelling queen (you'll only have two cards), you can turn over the next card and it will be the queen. You'll be left with the king. Pretty slick.
