Big Spender
After you've performed some card tricks, the deck suddenly turns into a wad of cash. As you've probably concluded, the effect relies on a clever gimmick and after the conversion, you can freely count through the cash, the deck is nowhere to be found. The effect is fairly easy to learn and perform and the reset is fast, but will have to be done out of sight of spectators.The DVD teaches you how to make your own gimmick. You'll need office supplies that you probably already have and are easy to find and purchase at your local office or craft store, as well as playing cards and bills. Expect to take about twenty minutes to do this.
Cold Cash
I take exception to the ad's statement, "Perform your favorite card effects and then transform the deck into a stack of cash!" In use, you can perform some limited card tricks, say a truncated ambitious card style effect, or a short "find a card," but that's about it. And because of the gimmick, a fast deck switch is not practical.As mentioned earlier, I'm not fond of the name. I realize that it's catchy and may be considered funny in some circles, but it's a topic that should not be taken lightly given the abuses and human suffering associated with it. This doesn't, however, detract from a great effect.
Nathan Kranzo has delivered a winner with this one, a stunning and flashy conversion between a deck and a bunch of dollar bills. If you want to add an element of "big spending" and money to your routine, this can be it.
