Basic Magic Effect: Transformation

In a transformation, one object turns into another one. On stage, illusionists often transform objects into other objects or even people into animals, such as lions or tigers.

A good example of a transformation is the easy magic trick that I teach called "Cold as Ice." In this trick, some water that’s poured into a cup turns into ice.
