Normally, when making the head of a balloon animal dog, you twist a nose and then two smaller segments for the rest of the head. The “Advanced Lock Twist” removes the need to make the second section of the head.
Begin making the head of the dog but only create the nose and one segment for the head. Take the end of the balloon and bend or curl it against the first part of the balloon.
