I'm a big fan of Steve Cohen and his Chamber Magic show (click here to read my review). 
Of course, when I watched his act, I was viewing it in terms of a magician. But the magic was so strong, I almost felt, at times, like a layman.
A blog called "A Cup of Jo" recently attended and wrote about the experience. "We were totally enthralled," says the blogger. "People were gasping after each trick. Normally, I can figure out most magic tricks, but these were watertight...or maybe just actual magic?":
