Mystery Celebrity to be Cut in Half

According to a recent press release, The Society of American Magicians Magic Center Foundation has announced a ribbon-cutting ceremony that will be held on Tuesday, March 18th at 11:00 am to celebrate the Foundation's new office facility that’s located at 2705 Bee Caves Road, Suite 230 in Austin.

The event will be hosted by the Austin Chamber of Commerce and feature magicians Bobby Cordell, Tim Dietz and Kent Cummins. Also, along with the ribbon, a local celebrity will be cut in half.

The vision of the Foundation is to create a world-class magic center in Austin, Texas that includes a magic museum, a research library and a performing arts theatre. The magic center is a project of the Society of American Magicians (S.A.M.), a non-profit organization with a membership of over 7000 magicians, worldwide. The S.A.M. was founded in 1902 in New York City and is dedicated to promoting and teaching the art of magic.
