It All Began With Sneezing Powder

Is there any magician out there who hasn’t dabbled with gags and jokes? Today, on April Fools, it's appropriate to mention S.S. Adams, the manufacturer who was responsible for such classics as the "dribble glass" and "joy buzzer."

I know that as a kid I got my hands on these items as well as whoopie cushions; snapping gum packs; cans of nuts that exploded with snakes and more. And some of my first tricks: the ball and vase and the coin slide, were manufactured by the company.

The company celebrated its hundredth year in 2006. Victims everywhere have S.S. Adams to thank for a century of pranks.
