Review: Manipulation CDs Box Set

Wednesday January 31, 2007
Manipulation CDs are props that look much like real CDs, the kind that you stick into your computer to burn, but are specifically designed for magic and manipulation.

I have long been interested in working-up a routine that features jumbo coins and studied Gary Kurtz's "Flurious" and Jeff McBride's manipulation videos. But now, after trying out the "Manipulation CDs," I think that there may just be a CD routine in my near future. Like jumbo coins, manipulation CDs look great on stage, but they are larger in diameter, lighter in weight and far easier to handle.
