Its strength lies in interviews with respected and experienced pros that include: Dan Fleshman, Garrett Thomas, Dan Tong, Kirk Charles, Paul Green and Justin Miller, who dispense useful information.

The DVD also offers effects and explanations, however, these are rather uneven. Despite this, the set is worthwhile for the information that it imparts to those who want to break into and work restaurants.
