"More Magic 4 Fun" Named "Best DVD"

According to a recent release, Creative Child magazine will award “MagicFrank's More Magic 4 Fun” the honor of "Best DVD of the Year." "I am truly honored to accept this important award from Creative Child magazine," says Frank DeMasi, AKA MagicFrank. "My video series has been a gratifying project for me to teach and inspire children with something I absolutely love."

The release says that MagicFrank has more than three decades of practical magic skills, a decade of teaching magic and has performed at over 10,000 events. (According to his website, DeMasi performed under the name "Peanuts the Clown" at over 6,500 birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs and family gatherings; 1,200 corporate events and nearly 2,500 school shows.) Creative Child magazine is a national publication that focuses on providing parents with the latest information on how to nurture creativity in their children.

I recently took a look at “MagicFrank’s Magic 4 Fun DVD,” which I borrowed from NetFlix. It’s a decent DVD that effectively teaches the standard easy tricks to beginners. Many are similar to those we teach here at Magic & Illusion.
