Magicians Gather in Louisville

Some 700 people are attending the Society of American Magicians (SAM) conference at the Marriott Louisville Downtown. The convention, which runs through Sunday, is a mixture of young and old, professional and amateur magicians. The SAM is the oldest magician society in America, starting in 1902. It has 7,000 members, including about 125 from the Louisville area.
