This Day in Magic

On May 16, 1908, Harry Keller bids farewell to the stage with Howard Thurston at his side. With his retirement, Keller begins the tradition of the "Royal Dynasty of Magic" by passing the “Mantle of Magic” to Howard Thurston. In 1936, Thurston passes the “Mantle of Magic” to Dante. In 1955, Dante passes the Mantle to Lee Grabel. And in 1994, Lee Grabel passes the Mantle to Lance Burton.
